The staff were friendly and accommodating even when problems arose in my room

The shower sprayed water everywhere ruining my towels and I found a mouse munching on snacks.

The location was quite central and convenient for tourists.

I encountered significant issues during my stay. The room was filthy upon arrival, with hair and dirt on the sheets. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition, and I found no hot water available for showering. The front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful when I raised these concerns.

I stayed in a Queen Room for one night. The mattress was creaky and felt really old, definitely from the 70s. There was a musty smell that was hard to ignore, and we had to go through a weird check-in where the first room assigned was already occupied. No washcloths in the bathroom, which was annoying too. The sheets seemed clean, but overall it just felt outdated and a bit uncomfortable.

Convenient stay in the heart of the city

We stayed for 3 nights and the location couldn't be better! Super close to the subway and tons of great spots. The bar/lounge had a fun vibe, great to relax after a long day. The room was a bit dated but clean. Just wish the hot water didn't take forever to kick in, haha!

filmores is in a great spot, close to downtown. the room was clean, and the hotel staff was really kind and helpful during my stay. i also loved that there were good dining options nearby.
